For 40 years now, reinhard dittmer from reiterswiesen has been with the company E. Karch& co. Gmbh employed in arnshausen. The management took this as an opportunity to honor the jubilarian.
He began his entry into the world of work in 1979 with a three-year apprenticeship as an interior decorator. After successfully completing his journeyman’s examination, he was offered by the company’s founder, edmund karch, the opportunity to continue his training as a screed layer. Reinhard dittmer seized this opportunity and was a very dedicated employee of the screed layers from day one. His dedication and craftsmanship enabled him to rise from helper to foreman in a very short time.
When managing director alexander karch offered him the job of continuing the screeding department, reinhard dittmer passed his master’s examination as a screed layer in 1995. Since then, he has successfully managed the screed department of the karch company and supported the management in building up the building drying and water damage restoration division.
On the occasion of his anniversary, the management presented him with an honorary certificate from the chamber of handicrafts for lower franconia at a company celebration.
