At the end of the school year, the community of altenkunstadt once again honored the school crossing helpers. At the celebration in the "waldfrieden" inn on the kordigast mayor robert hummer was especially pleased about the participation of karin thormahlen. The latter also took the floor and thanked all the helpers on the way to and from school to the community. The wish of all is of course that the helper service can be continued in the new school year, also new "guardian angels of the road traffic" were warmly received.
Principal katharina pfadenhauer thanked the volunteers who take care of the schools in traffic. This is an important and valuable service. Praise also came from the head of the lichtenfels police department, erich gunther. He appealed to parents and relatives to start early with the school way training.

Mayor robert hummer thanked school crossing guards for making the smallest road users feel safe in wind and weather. His special thanks went to marion herbst from pfaffendorf and petra kleuderlein from altenkunstadt, who both ended their service after 13 years.
